Acceptance of Terms

Limitations of Liability
You agree that the Platform and its services are provided “as is” and without any warranties, express or implied. Octavian or Creative Link Engineering (Pty) Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from your use or misuse of the Platform, including any errors, omissions, or interruptions of service.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Octavian or Creative Link Engineering (Pty) Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Platform.
Termination
Octavian or Creative Link Engineering (Pty) Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, including if we suspect misuse or a violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
